အစိုးရသစ္လက္ထက္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာ ဆႏၵျပခြင့္ဥပေဒ နည္းဥပေဒ မ်ားထြက္ရွိၿပီးေနာက္ အထက္ျမန္မာျပည္တြင္ ပထမဦးဆံုးအျဖစ္ မႏၱေလးတိုင္း ေဒသႀကီး ျမစ္သားၿမဳိ႕နယ္ လူထုမွဆႏၵေဖာ္ထုတ္ပြဲတစ္ခုကို ယေန႕ ဇူလိုင္(၂၅)ရက္ နံနက္ က ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည္။ အဆိုပါဆႏၵေဖာ္ထုတ္ပြဲသို႔ လူအင္အား (၁၀၀)ဦး ပါဝင္ေသာ လူထုက တရားဝင္ ခြင့္ျပဳမိန္႔ ျဖင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ပန္းေလာင္ျမစ္ေပၚတြင္ တည္ေဆာက္ဖြင့္လွစ္လိုက္ေသာ စမာ ေရလႊဲဆည္ေၾကာင့္ ေရႀကီး ေရလွ်ံ မွဳ မ်ား အျဖစ္မ်ားလာေၾကာင္း၊ စမာ ေရလႊဲဆည္ အေနျဖင့္ ျမစ္သားၿမဳိ႕နယ္ လူထု အက်ဳိး ထက္ ဆိုးက်ဳိးအပစ္ကို ပိုမိုရရွိ ေစသည္ ဟု ယံုၾကည္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ယခုလို ဆႏၵ ေဖာ္ထုတ္ရျခင္း ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ အဆိုပါ ဆႏၵ ေဖၚထုတ္ပြဲမွ လူထုက CJ Myanmar သို႕ ေျပာၾကားသည္။


After the Peaceful Demonstrations Law has been newly enacted, the first peaceful demonstration was conducted in Myit Thar Township, Mandalay Division in the morning of July 25, 2012. There were a total of 100 people in the demonstrations and it was done after receiving permission lawfully. The people from the demonstration told CJ Myanmar that they demonstrated because the newly opened Samar Dam on Pan Laung River caused more flooding, and that they believed the newly opened dam caused more harm than benefits for the people.
